Any bag with a corner-to-corner length of 10” or more will not be allowed in the venue.

No re-entry into the venue after music starts.
Valid Photo ID must be presented at the front gate.

POLICIES

Tickets will be void without entry in the following circumstances:

Any purposeful disruption to the concert.
-Harassment of concert staff or attendees.
If a fake ID is presented to the ticketing staff.

Resale of tickets - i.e. scalping, and soliciting or vending on-site without prior permission.
If knives, guns, throwing stars, explosives, or any other object that may pose a threat to the safety of the event are found on a person.

The following outside items and behavior(s) will not be allowed on the property in general, no exceptions: empty containers, food, drinks, alcohol, bags or backpacks (larger than 10” corner-to-corner), audio or video recording equipment, selfie sticks or binoculars, promotional or commercial material, signs - banners - or flags, items that may be deemed a safety hazard or annoyance, confetti - glitter- silly-string - balloons - glow sticks - or other projectiles, profane or offensive clothing, consumption of alcohol in parking lot prohibited; flying drones on or over the property is not permitted at any time.

TICKETS

Please use caution when purchasing tickets from 3rd parties, or any source outside of the official ticketing channels for Ridge Rock Amphitheater Concerts/Event. Ridge Rock Amphitheater is not responsible for legitimacy of tickets obtained from unofficial channels and cannot guarantee their acceptance. Tickets, wristbands, and other credentials are NON-TRANSFERABLE, NON-EXCHANGEABLE, and NON-REPLACEABLE. DO NOT tamper with your wristband in any way or you will not be allowed entry. Subsequent and/or multiple presentations of counterfeited credentials
are void and will be seized by Venue Staff. All ticket purchases are non-refundable.
